Whether you're looking to achieve or avoid pregnancy, the BCC method has earned a reputation for its versatility and effectiveness.

Boston Cross Check™ (BCC) is a fertility awareness / Natural Family Planning method that cross-checks three major, evidence-based signs of fertility: at-home hormonal monitoring (such as the Clearblue Fertility Monitor), cervical fluid, and basal body temperature. You choose the combination that fits your life, and a certified BCC instructor teaches you to read your own chart, whether you’re hoping to conceive, avoid pregnancy, or simply understand your cycles. (If there are times in your life when cross-checking two or three signs isn’t a good fit, it is possible to use a single sign when necessary, as well!)​

Classes are one-on-one or in small groups, by video call or in person, so you can learn with an instructor wherever you live. Chart on paper with our free charts, or in the Read Your Body app, which offers a template specific to BCC.
